I’ll be on maternity leave from April to September, but I’ve created these monthly Mindful Movement guides so we can still stay connected and keep moving together. Each month, you’ll find a thoughtfully put-together YouTube playlist along with a free downloadable checklist to help you stay consistent. There’s no pressure and no “perfect streak” required — it’s simply a gentle, motivating way to build daily movement into your life while I’m away. Dip in when you can, follow along at your own pace, and let’s keep things steady and supportive.
